The concept and applications of Electrolyzed/Oxidized (EO) water
are not new. EO water has been used extensively in the orient (especially
Japan) for more than 25 years. Its characteristics and uses have
been well documented and it has been approved for use in the United
States by the FDA, EPA and USDA for many years.
EO water is ionized water. It is water that has been separated -
the positive ions collected on one side of an electric circuit while
the negative ions are collected on the other. On one side, the water
is in an acidic state and on the other side – an alkaline
state. EO water also has some very interesting and highly beneficial
characteristics:
1. Electrolysis restructures the water
The process of electrolysis, breaks water into smaller units which
can penetrate cells much more efficiently than normal water. (Most
tap water and bottled water is made up of large conglomerates
– large groupings of unstructured water molecules which
are too large to move efficiently into the cells of the body.
Before it can be assimilated, it must be broken into units small
enough to penetrate the cells - a time-consuming and energy-consuming
process). EO water is structured water which penetrates the cells
at much faster rates for better nutrient absorption and more efficient
waste removal. Smaller water units also have a positive effect
on the efficiency of metabolic processes.
2. Electrolysis changes The ORP (oxidation reduction potential)
A. The accumulation of positive ions creates an acidic state
where the water is severely lacking electrons. This is called
oxidizing water - it has an extremely high ORP and the capacity
to kill bacteria and other harmful micro-organisms, within seconds,
by depriving them of electrons. As a topical formula, the oxidizing
water is a proven anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal

B. The water on the other side is in an alkaline state. It is
